Community Partnership for Child Development (Colorado Springs, Colo.) is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive early childhood development and family programs at no cost for families with children prenatal through age five. CPCD currently serves more than 1,900 children each year through Early Head Start, Head Start, and the Colorado Preschool Program. CPCD primarily serves families living in poverty, families who have children with special needs, and enlisted military families.
