Community Partnership for Child Development
CPCD works with families in El Paso County to prepare children prenatal through age 5 for success in school and in life through comprehensive early childhood education. Put simply, CPCD nurtures and supports the entire family so that children can succeed and parents can be the best they can for their young children.
CPCD partners with five school districts to reach about 1,600 children in more than 50 classrooms throughout the region.
CPCD children live at or below the poverty level, have a special need, or otherwise are at risk of school failure.
